				            | I found some amazing, actually for really, low carb bread at one of my stores the other day. It's like 14 grams of carb, with 13 being fiber. And guess what? No crazy gastro side effects! So, I bought a head of iceberg lettuce. I bought a tomato. I didn't buy bacon 'cause I already owned some. And I'm going to take two, maybe three, slices of this magic bread, toast it up, slather it with mayo, and make me a BLT! For bonus points, It will be on raisin toast. I made This bread, by the way, is from Julian Bakers. It comes in a 1 gm carb per slice whole grain brick of bread, and a 3 gm carb per slice raisin. And it's really good. You know I've tried every low carb product out there, and this truly passes the test.
