As weird as that sounds, as I think about it, it could be pretty good. Bacon is sweet, salty, and fatty. This goes well with chocolate. The smokey flavor is an interesting edition.

I was being all healthy, eating egg whites for breakfast and such... and then I went and added some bacon. But, I was pretty happy with the result.

It's all about the portion control of saturated fat and cholesterol. If you toss out the egg yokes, naturally you can have the bacon!
