				            | As weird as that sounds, as I think about it, it could be pretty good. Bacon is sweet, salty, and fatty. This goes well with chocolate. The smokey flavor is an interesting edition.

| lost in the fog | Our Nob Hill market sells bacon that looks just like Aussie bacon.  In fact, I had some this morning for breakie while watching the ongoing slugfests of the Aussie Open.  It's called platter bacon in the US.
