I am sitting down with a Vanilla Diet Pepsi. I have a load of laundry started, dirty dishes are in the dishwasher, clean dishes are put away. After having slept most of the day I am finally ready to get something done. I have a house full of kidlets, but no Hubby. There is a motorhome parked in front of my house (Hubby's best friend's). Not sure where the Hubby is, but the kids are now screaming around the backyard (dog is locked in his run). Rodents want out to join in the chaos.

So, I wish I was the Tiki meet. The Tiki Room looks so good. I wish I could pack my things and just move to LA.

So, my bf and I have been broken up for almost 3 weeks, he tells me that he still loves and cares about me, and maybe someday we will be back together. He just wants to focus on the future and this will make us stronger people. So I don't know what to do? Should I wait or just forget about the whole thing. Help, I need advice, Thanks

If he truly loved you he would not be telling you that he still loves you. He would want you to move on and truly be a strong independant woman. He wouldn't play this "I still love you and maybe we'll be back together" game. He's playing games with you with hopes you will wait for him to come back, but he'll only come back if he can't find someone he thinks is better.

One of the biggest mistakes I made when I was younger was waiting on a guy and not living my life for me. It got me nowhere but heartache. Move on with your life, move down here if thats what your plans were. Go to school, work, whatever it is you want to do. Date when you're ready. But please don't wait around because he tells you that he loves you and one day you may be back together. Because while you may be back together one day, you may not ever get back together. Do you really want to have wasted any of your life waiting for him if he doesn't come back? And really, after the pain and heartache hes inflicted on you, do you really want him back?

You know, Bellah- what it all boils down to is trust. Do you trust him- that he is telling the truth, that he wouldn't do this again further on down the line, that he isn't just hedging bets in case the grass isn't greener where he is heading? If you do trust him , then you have to decide whether or not you can live with his terms, or whether to set your own. If you don't trust him, then you really should move on with your life. I don't normally like to give out relationship advice, but I will tell you that without trust, you do not have a healthy relationship.

This is for you! You're a great person with a lot to offer, and when the right person comes along, you'll be so glad you didn't settle!
