Guitar music in DCA?

OK, this has been driving me nuts. Does anyone know who the artist is who plays the ambient guitar music in the GRR/RCCT area? I asked one of the CMs at the GRR store, and he gave me some convoluted answer that I'm still trying to figure out. I know that it's not available on any Disney CD (I've looked, trust me.), and it's killing me because I DIG that music. As I've told Pru, I could just sit there for hours listening to it.

Can anyone help me in my quest?
