We just all need to pitch in and get the Swank Cruiser - 20 state rooms - bacon bar - jucuzzi - full bar - fuzzy water bar - deck chairs - pool tables and fireworks...

I've got that one client, the relo deal... if he'd just get into escrow on something, I'd be good, you know? But then again, he was supposed to have bought by September, and that didn't quite happen, did it?

Still, I think the bottom (of prices) is coming imminently, so hopefully some people start getting off the fence.

But keep your fingers crossed for me, because the last thing I want to do is cancel this!
