| I Floop the Pig | All it does is delay the browning of any guac directly underneath the pit because it's not as exposed to air. You can achieve a much better effect with plastic wrap.

It's made with 1 pint of Fresh softened vanilla icecream (over here we use Streets Blue Ribbon - it's the creamiest !) You then blend it with 1 avocado, and the juice of 2 limes, and 1/4 cup of sugar. Let re-freeze and serve. It's Heaven on a stick (or in a cone).

				            | you can keep your guac from turning if you press some plastic wrap directly against the surface so that there is no air between it and any of the guac. delish that guac, I tell ya what. extra cilantro please. hmm. Might there be any swank in bacon guacamole? Might be worth testing out I suppose. Some crumbled up bacon mixed right in. Hmm. Hmm.

I also like bacon crumbled into egg salad (eggs, mayo, yellow mustard, ONLY!), or sprinkled on devilled eggs.

				            | Yesh- I know the purpose to the lemon- but sometimes it is so strong that all you get is citrus and the lovely texture and taste of the avacado is lost- and can't be redeemed. Um, beyond that I eat it so fast there is not going to be any left to turn brown. |

				            | Um, then there's too much lemon juice. I use a very small amount when making guac and I never taste it.

				            | Avocado in any form is the devil. Raw tomato, on the other hand, is the balls. |
