So do we meet up before getting in line or just whoever gets there first gets in line and the rest of us cut in?

That may be a game-time decision. I think the initial plan should be meet somewhere (DTD monorail station?) at 7, head to the subs once we have a quorum, stragglers can join us in line. There seem to be a few people who will be in the park well before that time. If they see anything that would give reason to change that plan, we can alter as necessary.

Last minute changes are fine, but I leave town Friday night and will have limited (cell phone browser) access after that. I can PM my cell number to anyone who might be able to keep me posted (katiesue has it already though).

The LoT cell phone network usually does the trick. As the day approaches I'll be sure to collect as many cell numbers from those that appear to be joining us as I can.

Trust him on this one. Having now heard from him on a day he wasnt even involved in, I'd totally trust him.

I still don't understand how the monorail will be any faster than waiting by the Kodak store on Main Street at rope drop, waltzing thru Tomorrowland and up to the Subs. The monorail takes at least 10 minutes before you're in, and the in-park walk takes about 2.

By that time the line will be 5 hours long!
