				            | I know a lot of people will find the mere concept of this repulsive, but I think it looks delicious and am severely tempted to make it. Complete Thanksgiving Dinner in a "Cake" |

				            | You beat me to it SM!!! I just saw that and went...oohhhh.... Actually I would totally eat that. Especially if the "cake" was mostly stuffing

				            | ^ Yeah, one layer too many of turkey loaf. I'd hire someone to make this, with my recipe tweaks (apple/sage instead of sausage stuffing), but it looks totally delish.

				            | Fascinating- I'm not sure what to think of the T-day cake. But it looks like it involves a lot of mashed potatoes, so that's a vote in its favor. Two layers of stuffing and one of turkey... ok, yeah, good there. Not sure about the yams on top... that seems a little odd. But maybe it could work.

				            | The "cake" as illustrated and described in the recipe has two turkey layers and one stuffing layer. As much as I love stuffing (and holy crap do I love stuffing!), I think it works better as a "meal" with more meat. When I read the recipe, I was surprised to see there was cranberry sauce because it's nearly invisible in the main photo. So yes, I'd add more of the berries too. |
