Artichoke. With garlic curry mayo. Sadly, we weren't paying attention and the pot ran out of water, so the artichoke was partially steamed and partly *ahem* smoked

Still good though.

I made lemon pepper & bleu cheese chicken, served it on white rice. Rose and I devoured it.

Popcorn. It's what I usually eat when Olivia's at her dad's.

Maybe some udon later, when I realize that the popcorn didn't really fill me up for the evening.

Not dinner, but this weekend we will be in Santa Ynez for my Sister's 50th birthday. I am planning on having aebelskivers for breakfast Sunday morning in Solvang.

Spaghetti - using a garden vegetable marinara (trying to improve the hubby's diet)
and baguette with butter.

Simple, but tasty.

Here's what Rose and I had for dinner - the pictorial version-

We ate at Pink's on CityWalk - I had a burger

2 beef patties, American cheese, grilled onions, and 3 strips of bacon.

Rose had a Spicy Chicago Dog...

After that, a quick dessert at Yogurtland
