				            | Hebew Nationals are the only dogs my mom will buy. They are expensive, but totally worth every penny. |

				            | I don't know about during the day (nothing really planned yet) but at night I might be at the high school watching fireworks and directing traffic afterwards. Or I might be home, since my hubby is scheduled to fly out that night to Virginia.

| Nueve | I don't think I've seen 1776. If I have, it's just passed through my mind... (not that it's hard to do... it's like a wind tunnel in there!)

				            | Well, my guy is off in Vegas all week, and I can't join him because a) nobody to watch Mr. Barnum, and b) no money for gas to get out there. So I'm free... anyone wanna do BBQ/swimming at Casa de Cindy?

| Swing Swank | The first week of the month is always the busiest at work so when the holiday is mid-week I don't make any big plans. And this year not only do I have my own work, I get to cover for other people who are taking Thursday and Friday off. I'm not bitter, much. I'm planning to go see Ratatouille later today and then go home and try to sleep while my neighbors do a full-scale simulation of downtown Baghdad. Where did I put my earplugs?

| 8/30/14 - Disneyland -10k or Bust. | Me mum's in town with her new beau. He's never seen the fireworks from the National Mall so I'm packing up to haul my tired butt downtown. I suppose I should be more excited.... |

				            | Well, so far all I've done is devastate the ant population and vacuum. I'd still like to go see Ratatouille at some point, but that'll have to be at night when a) I don't have to go out in the heat, and b) the kiddos are less likely to be there.
