Thanks EH and GD I'll have to check out those recommendations. The only one of those I've had a chance to peruse was "The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen", which had a good concept, but lousy execution (in the film version... I am sure the comics are more entertaining).

The movie looked good but was complete crap. The comics are very, very well written.

Speaking of steampunk.... Did anyone here watch The Secret Adventures of Jules Verne? Michael Praed was smokin hot as Phineas Fogg.
