I believe that somewhere (possibly in this thread), there was a similar story posted here on LoT. It was a different incident, but I am fairly certain that it was directed at the same person.

FLAGSTAFF, Arizona (AP) -- It's a crime that police officers in a small eastern Arizona community can hardly fathom yet have to deal with: an 8-year-old charged in the fatal shootings of his father and another man.

Here's a horrifying headline-

Penis Surgery **** Up

A TERRITORIAN says he could have died after an operation on his penis left him bleeding heavily.

Michael Eglington, 53, said he collapsed from blood loss as he rushed back to Royal Darwin Hospital less than an hour after being discharged.

Thankfully, the article (which has a pretty gruesome description) doesn't have any photos of the injury.

But they do have a photo of the guy, with a caption "not happy"

He said he looked down to see that he was sitting in "an inch of blood" in the chair. He used a nappy to soak up the blood as he drove back to hospital where he collapsed against the emergency counter.

Man, if I had a nickle for every time this happened to me...
