I went with tuna instead of hash. I put extra relish in it to give it some extra green.

That happened to me once at Halloween. They had black frosting. Very black! I thought I my butt became the La Brea Tar pits or something!

Had corned beef sandwich for lunch, and cabbage with dinner. Dinner was chicken stuffed with spinach, cheese, and sour cream and wrapped with bacon. Bacon's Irish, right?

No I didn't color it green.

Not a big fan of CB&C, but I imagine that's why you'll find a lot more Irish bars than restaurants - Now if only I had some Jameson's...
