Nice review. However, I was a bit, as they say, confused, by the product name since I thought a big company made something with that name.

Nabisco (a big company) makes a product with Thin Crisps on their package as a description of the style of cookie. It seems to be a generic use of the two words, I don't find any sort of trademark on the on the box. ThinKrisps is a registered trademark, and I've been using it for over 5 years. Funny story. The firm where I used to work sent a cease and desist letter to a teenager who used a well known character associated with the corporate client on a flier he passed around to advertise a party at his house.
