Not to bring a downer to the festivities, but I am sure some people are curious.

Spoiler:
We ended up taking Susan to the hospital as Urgent Cares were closed by the time we got there. She has 1st and 2nd degree burns on fingers on both hands. Shouldn't be any permanent damage. She has been in lots of pain since (although they did give her drugs of course).

You would have enjoyed her company Saturday night (she was actually wanting to go back to the party!). They gave her a shot of a pain killer that was actually stronger than morphine! She was very loopy after that and I was highly entertained by her

And if you weren't there and are curious about what happened, at the restaurant, when they went to set her plate on the table, the waiter stopped short and it looked like he wanted her to take it. Naturally, she reached up to grab it. It was WAY to hot to be setting on the table, much less be handling without hot pads. It wasn't until AFTER she pulled her hands away that he warned her that it was hot and to not touch. DOH!
