Would it help if we bring our George Foreman indoor grill? It can do sausages and/or bacon in about 5 minutes, with most of the grease draining off.

Tori - I'll double-check for Twister tonight and add that to the stack of games.

It appears we are bringing ours (I was unaware of this, but then I am unaware of a lot of things) as are K&T so it won't be necessary for you to bring yours - I know that you are running short of space in your Vulva.

BTW: Susan is at an Auto Zone right now. She has verified that if you return the unused chains within 90 days (with a receipt), you will get a full refund.

It's a good thing she is in today: she had to order them today for them to arrive on time. I forgot to ask her how much they were.

And in case anyone doesn't know: the chains would go on the drive wheels. The guy at Auto Zone was saying that if we were taking the van (rear wheel drive), the chains would go on the front.

DUH!

ok, so a big FAIL on getting tire chains before I leave. I guess we're just going to chance it ... but that means we may not be showing up after all.

I have to decide in the next hour or so. If I'm going to cancel hotel ressies, they have to be cancelled tonight.

I'm pretty decisive, except when I'm stressed, which I am right now. I was looking forward to this trip, but apparently not enough to prepare properly. It's times like these when I wish I didn't have a traveling partner. I'd be plenty decisive if I was just deciding for me.
