That was the most nervous I've been about a show in a long time. Yay for Michael. And although Lola Pop seemed kinda weird for a name, it worked. All together now...Ahhh.

We had it tivo'd and didn't watch it until last night.

We all cheered when Michael's door opened. I can't believe he gave up the prize to go to London... well - I guess after he works with Ramsey for awhile he'll have no trouble opening a successful restaurant anyway.

I wonder if there'll be another season. It seemed to do well enough in the ratings.

I wonder if Chef Ramsey would've given Ralph the same off had he been the winner. Something tells me he wouldn't. It seemed like that was a spur of the moment decision on his part.
