Besides, it leaves it open for a sequel. In the grand style of Little Mermaid II, Aurora's daughter has insomnia, and longs for the day when she too can be pricked to sleep. Anne Rice produces.

I cooked up a better answer - it's all about imagination anyway, so none of them need to be alive.

One could argue that at the very least the Wicked Queen must exist, as she starts the mischief, but I'd say that she's just a face for the darker side of Mickey's subconscious.

Steakhouse 55 has great pancakes. I ate four of them. The best I've had in awhile. And Snowflake will love the vintage photos all over the place. So awesome.
