ROTFL! You've all made me spit out coffee a couple times now with your lists!

With such a momentous birthday celebration and grand LoT meet, I'll be fully loaded to document it:
--Digital still camera
--Back-up digital still camera
--Multiple camera lenses
--Extra batteries
--Extra compact flash cards
--Digital video camera
--Extra DV tapes

Plus:
Annual Passport (obvious, but don't forget to bring it!)
Cell phone
Sunscreen
Hat
Over-priced, Disneyland Resort squirt-bottle fan
Water bottle
Various snacks
A big bag/backpack to hold everything!

OK, time to be serious now.

Here's my list:

Mosquito repellent and citronella candles
Two coolers
Camera and film
Flashlights and batteries
Portable radio
Plastic tarp
Folding chairs, lawn chairs, or cots
Quiet games, books, playing cards, and favorite toys
Plastic trash bags
Toilet paper, paper towels and pre-moistened towelettes, eating utensils, masking tape and zip-lock bags to keep valuables safe from water.
Extra clothing, shoes, eyeglasses, raingear, etc.
Pillows, blankets, sleeping bags or air mattresses
Personal hygiene items (toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.)
Clean up supplies (mop, buckets, towels, disinfectant)
Two weeks supply of prescription medicines
Two weeks supply of non-perishable/special dietary foods. Buy plenty of nonperishable foods, because there won't be any refrigeration.
Non-electric can opener
Drinking water/containers: 1 gallon per person per day
First aid book and kit including bandages, antiseptic, tape, compress, non aspirin pain reliever, anti-diarrhea medication
Plastic tarp
Water purification kits
Important papers (drivers license, special medical information, insurance policies and property inventories)
Cash
Charcoal, wooden matches and grill
Ice
Gas

Oh wait, that's for hurricane survival . . .

As if I have a hurricane survival pack. I got that (rearranged it and left some bits off) from some Tampa area website. I do own a really good flashlight, though.
