It would have been a grand, but sad party. I'm glad the C-M's will not be moving, and wish the M guy of that equation best of deserved luck in the job search.

But, hey since the hyphenated initials of the Cone-Meinke couple are "CM," maybe it's a sign you should start the job search at Disney!

On the Madison front, today we put in an offer on a sweet Craftsman bungalow. Seller has 48 hours to answer. Let's see if they're serious about selling.
