Ok I expect it's just me but I don't see ANY mention here that come THIS Saturday EISNER is gone! Ding-Dong the witch is dead... etc...

I remember talk of people dancing down main street, whooping it up in the hub etc. at the very thought of this day and now it's almost here.

Anyone got anything going?

There will be plenty of dancing down main street, and whooping it up. It happens to be Gay Day.

The folks over at MiceChat are throwing a shindig on Friday to celebrate Eisner's Last Day.

I think that's misguided, and what we should be celebrating is the First Day Without Eisner. That is indeed Saturday, and it is indeed Gay Day. Happiness will reign supreme!

Hahaha.... yeah, there's a MC meet going on (though with Darkbeer, he often holds "combo" meets of LP, MI, MP, MC, etc). 4:30-6 @ Cove Bar (WAY too early for us poor working slobs to get a drink after work

), then 6:30 in front of ToT for the Eisner drop, then some point later in front of Mansion, but I don't remember what time. 8:30, if I had to venture a guess, though hopefully someone who actually knows will correct me.
