Bulldogs are a bit like Charlie. They art sort of fat,lazy headonistic like Chris and I. I think that's why I love them so.

I take care of many different dog breeds and, somehow, the Bulldog has sort of found it's way into my heart.

My other surprise is that I have a Pomeranian that I just adore. Pons are NOT my favorite breed, but this little guy is a sweetheart.

One thing I have to say about Bulldogs is they seem to suffer from some sort of labored breathing disorder which is about as close to purring as a dog can get. The fact that dogs don't purr frustrates me.

That settles it. Once we have a place with a yard, we're so adopting a bulldog. I can just imagine all the costumes I'd make for him.

hehe....Do you know about the guy who ran poodles in the Iditarod? He eventually gave up because, although poodles are certainly capable of running that race, they just don't want to run as much as Alaskan huskies. Still, pretty funny.

About the only dog more furniture-like than a bulldog is a basset hound.

NA, thanks for posting those pics, they are so adorable. 200 dogs and you're not tired of them? I can't say I would be either.

Bulldogs would run MY kind in Iditarod.

We'd just sit in a sled by a roaring fire all comfy and cozy.
