Me? I am a 'poser'. I have the gear but I will not run, on a regular basis, for more than 25-30 minutes. After that, I look and feel like I need a medic.

Thank goodness I can't post the pics of me in the Coronado Bridge run. Awesome shots but I look like I've been running for hours and not just 45 minutes.....

Well, those of us who wouldn't run could always be the pep squad...swanktified.

If swanky people get exercise, a fun thing I did the other day was go up Runyon Canyon in Hollywood -- people walk their dogs and stuff there -- and when you get to the top, you have a view of Los Angeles from downtown to the ocean.

There's a similar hike over where the Hollywood sign is, I can't remember the name of that canyon...

Anyway, a nice hike, a nice view, and a nice dinner in West Hollywood seem like a fun way to burn off steam...

Mary Poppins is January 11th thru 30th. I read somewhere opening night will have guests. Same with Peter Pan on February 1st. !!

And I'd suppose that if you go any other night it'll just be swarms of children screaming along. Sigh.
