That is just it, no windows were broken. Either they had skinny arms and reached through a window or I forgot to lock it. I did call David and ask him where my spare key was, he is at work and it is in his pocket. He said he would leave it with Boy tonight. The stuff taken was so random, that I know it wasn't him (or her). She would have known that the green RayBans were prescription and that I cared more for my antenna toppers than the cheapy Bic lighters. She would have also known that there is always change in the ashtray.

We didn't lock our house up either... of course, we lived about 50 feet from the guard gate.

As far as car doors though, it's my understanding that insurance won't cover the damage if they find no signs of forced entry?

It was moot. We never had anything in the cars worth filing a claim for (and frequently the cars were in that category).

Reminds me of a story I just heard. My friends former neighbor is a cop. He used to brag that his house was locked down better than Fort Knox. Someone broke a window, went and unlocked the front door and emptied the house out. Guess they forgot the alarm system too.

That is what I thought, at first, too. That was why I called David and asked where the key was.
