Something MUST be off. I cleaned the kitchen like it has never been cleaned before. I hope the "off" continues until I get the whole house clean.

Down to one issue/343 words left! Of course, it's the weird issue that involves something we didn't cover that we're supposed to analogize to something we DID cover and I don't know what that is. Or, rather, I suspect what it is, but I don't know how to make the analogy. Grrr. Still, I'm definitely on the home stretch. Both questions need some final editing, but at least it looks like I'll have something to turn in tomorrow. Of course, it's all crap, and I'm likely to repeat my C performance from admin law and tank any hope of decent employment post graduation, but there's not a lot I can do about that now.

Oh, and I agree with GC, don't let your fellow co-workers drag you down. One yesterday really yanked me and today she wasn't there. That was good. I did vent to a couple of people {probably not a great idea but if it gets back to her, what can she say?} adding to it, 'I'll get over it. I'll let it pass. I'm not going to make an issue over it and let her make me want to quit.'

Difficult issue handled by deflection! Rather than coming up with the tricky argument against the claim, I suggested that we strategically concede that point, and came up with a damn good argument why. Evading the question! This must demonstrate that I'm ready to graduate...

Wow! I slept a full 8 hours for the first time in months!!!

I was trying to stay up to watch Top Chef, but at 9:20 I decided I wanted to go to sleep. I even got Boy to bed early last night.

Oh, and someone has figured out the locks are changed and the garage door code is different.

A good night's sleep is wonderful, isn't it? Congrats on the lock change- was he pissed? He needs to realize he's no longer a part of your family, and if I've read him right he's one of those that wants it both ways. Probably a polygamist in a past life.

Little by little, things are getting better and will continue to do so for you and your boy. One day, you'll look back and wonder how you stood all the crap for so long.
