I always wonder just how klutzy I would be if I wasn't in Ballet for 13 years? Oh the horror!

Oh my!! Well, I never did have any professional teaching in dancing. So, imagine.

I do love to dance, but I just do what I want. I enjoy Tae Bo but end up falling all over the place. So, that is why I do it at home.

And, laughing my a$$ off.

The best workout I ever got from tennis was laughing and chasing the ball all over the court.
