Not much sleep last night. I received the court papers in the mail yesterday. Now, hopefully Asshat will see how much money he owes me. I thought I would get the summer daycare funds on Friday. Instead there was a letter from the bank about the still open joint account saying that it was overdrawn. No explanation of why it was overdrawn. So now I get to spend Wednesday morning at the bank sorting it out (he has the statement going to his address). I have 1 credit company who is still making automatic payments, even htough I have been requesting that they stop. I am going to have the bank stop it and then see if I can get my name off the account.

The condo I was renting in RSM is up for rent again. Guess he couldn't sell it for what he was asking. I found out he had rented it out again for the same price he was charging me and now I found it on Craigslist for $175 more. I wonder what happened to the people who moved in in June.

I couldn't agree more. I want to see it again.

Probably from a house-left balcony seat if I can arrange that. I have to look where the $32 tickets are; hubby's not so happy about paying $100 again.
