Glad to hear everyone had fun. I'm sure the report tells less than half the true story, as usual.

€'s thoughts raise more questions than answers, I think....which is usual as well.

I missed you guys, too! I'm especially sad that I didn't get to meet mistyisjafo.

I got off to a very late start on the 4th. It's kinda tradition that every 4th of July, I spend it by making a date with Rod. Serling, that is.

Plus, my family was visiting, and I got super chatty with my stepmom, and time just flew by! We can talk until we go hoarse.

By the time I made it down to the OC, I hit awful traffic (rarely moving out of first gear

) and the festivities were already dying down. I watched various fireworks displays from various counties from the window of my car!

So, we went out for cocktails, and back home to watch more Twilight Zone before blissfully falling asleep.

I have to admit, it was one of my very favorite 4th's! Seeing you all would have been the cherry on the sunday. The icing on the cake!
