My mobile web is almost never able to log me in to Twitter. But I post by text or online, and check online. So, Steve, you should certainly be OK to use it. (I don't enjoy when people tweet about, say, bowel movements. [how many will we get now after I've said this?] but I do enjoy seeing people's patterns, their immediate updates, and the strange things they see, etc.)

You can also update via text, you don't need mobile web.

H, are you trying to go to m.twitter.com (without the wwws)?

I prefer posting about dog and cat bowel movements as well as stray hairs found in inconvenient places.

The thing is, if I can't post from my mobile, I will have nothing to post. You see me on the LoT all day ... i am in front of a computer at work and at home 90% of my weekday life. But nothing is going on except that I'm stuck at work or sitting at home. Perfect for random and general topics such as are found here on the LoT.

But not good for twitter updates. I'm still sitting here at work? I'm posting on the LoT? What kind of boring sh!t is that?

No, I'm afraid the only fun stuff I could twitter about would be when I'm on the go.

I guess I could add internet to my mobile device, but ... and please get out your violins now ... I'm in such poor financial shape that $10 extra a month on some bill is an extravangance I can't justify.

If you can send text messages you can post from your phone.
