				            | Betty: Butter chicken you can get ready-made in the deli section at Trader Joe's. It's quite good, check it out!

				            | My first visit to Canter's deli tonight. Had the cheese steak. Yum!

				            | (Since this concerns something that was intended to be part of dinner, I'm posting it here...) I inadvertently discovered an interesting new frozen treat tonight. I made Jello and put it in the freezer to speed up the congealing. I was only going to leave it in there for less than an hour. Well.... I forgot it until just now. After 6 hours it has turned into a big bowl of an interesting rubbery icee like stuff. Surprisingly, it's quite tasty! (And yes, I know about Jello Pops. But those are different.)

				            | Huh - we'll have to give that a try. Sounds refreshing on a day like today with 104 degree temps. Should I put it in a bowl or use popcicle molds?
