Ressies? At RBT??!? Huh?

It's my understanding that this was NOT the long-planned re-model to a 2-story restaurant, but rather just a standard refurb of the ground-level buffeteria. Um, you can't have reservations for a buffeteria.

According to Cindy at Disney Dinining River Belle is a walk up first come first serve resturant requiring no reservations.
