It is 99 degrees in Costa Mesa right now. I have never seen it that hot here!

(FWIW: I am not sure where in Costa Mesa it is reading that temperature - I am getting that info from the weather widget in Windows Vista)

1 - Damn it, this other stupid group put together t-shirts for their presentation! I hate being group-jealous!

2 - I finished my storyboard, YAY!

3 - I am studying in the event of a pop quiz. Luckily, the pop quizzes don't go against my grade, BUT, I could use all the help I can get.

4 - I keep getting emails about amazing opportunities to go to fantastic vacation destinations like Hawaii and South Beach.

5 - I really want to go.

6 - But I won't.

7 - I think my free-time tonight will be spent being sacked out on my bed watching the tube.

Woooo! Our new place has passed the "heat test". It's currently 95 degrees outside, and our place is nice and cool with only two fans and the little in-wall AC. Our old place would have been about 85 degrees or more.

We probably could even get by without the AC with the windows open, but I'm keeping those closed due to smoke and ash right now.

All the smoke in the air is finally getting to me. I left work early so I could sit in our office with the air purifier going.

But, when I tried to boot-up my desktop PC, it wouldn't boot! Going back to the last couple restore points didn't help. So now I'm restoring the operating system. Oh joy....
