Hmmm, Benedryl and a night with the air purifier seemed to have a positive effect - once I stopped coughing up lungs and went to sleep. However, I'm going to be out and about quite a bit today. I suspect more general body badness will be in order. I was really having difficulty breathing at one point last night. Sort of scary.

I opened the door to set something outside this morning and nearly gagged.

Looks like another day with the little air conditioner and Quadra. I feel NA's pain.

While the lack of Santa Ana winds is good for the fires, the smoke is hanging over us instead of blowing out to sea. I just wish it would rain....
