iSm is a liar - he partied with us in Irvine. It wasn't a house though, so I guess it doesn't count.

HI!
|
I don't play Wii. I just don't want to get interesting it in, have to spend money on a game that will then either sit on the TV shelf getting dusty OR will suck away any free time I have that I could be doing other things I enjoy and find more fulfilling. It is sort of the same reasoning of why I don't want TV. I simply don't want yet another thing that I have to do that takes away from the other stuff I want to be doing. As it is, I STILL don't have enough time to complete the art projects I want to complete. I have the internet as my guilty distraction. I don't need another one.
And, when I'm in Yosemite, I want to spend time talking with people F2F - yest, we spend all year talking on LoT but I want quality F2F time, damnit. I just don't see playing with an electronic game as quality F2F time. Did I out-curmudgeon anyone yet? |

Lol- for the record, we seldom play with the Wii anymore. It just seemed like a good photo op (I must get a pic of Lisa ski-jumping!) and something to do for the kid when she gets bored with us old farts. Alex makes the point I was trying to make, only much better of course. We're not exactly roughing it- we're in a house, with lots of modern conveniences, and it might just provide some fun moments for those interested in trying it.

K! and I missed the Wiki meal assignments.
Maybe we could treat everyone to lunch out somewhere one day (*cough*Ahwahnee*cough*). And, heheh, I like the sound of the "K! and I" oh, and is there anyone who might be able to give the K! a ride back to L.A.??? I'm contemplating a Grand California Spectacular - - where he and I enter the Easter Sunday Big Wheel Race in San Francisco, then head for Yosemite. After that, I'd head for the Central Coast with the LashPair entourage, but K! would need to get back to L.A. Is anyone going back home after Yosemite and not to Cambria (or, ya know, Washington)?? |

HI!

John and Bill are heading back, but they have a Mini. Not sure about Kevin and Susan. Teresa and Ken are also heading back. But, I think that's all for the So Cal folks. You may want to contact people directly.
