Between last September (when my bloodwork revealed my cholesterol/triglyceride numbers were literally off the chart) and January, I'd lowered those numbers by ~40%.

This week - survey says down another ~40%.

Western Bacon Cheeseburger at Carl's (that'd be a cheeseburger with bacon and onion rings). Ought to do the trick.

But I have a cold, so it was justifiably medicinal.

New sink is done! It (finally) fit the hole in my counter, it sits flat, and the edge is tiled and it matches the other tile. The water works, and I have new faucet and filtered-water tap.

Also my bathroom sink is replaced and functional and pretty.

And all the work is done!!!!!!
