They are American Eskimo puppies. They are also known as Spitz.

They used to be a popular circus breed because they are very smart and agile dogs. The breed looks a lot like a minature Samoyed because they only get to be about 25-35 lbs. Our 12 year old that passed in June was about knee height and 27 lbs.
