Athletics playoff tickets officially went on sale this morning so Lani and I officially jinxed them by buying some.

And now I am in the odd position of hoping that the Athletics don't overtake the Rangers as then there'd be no guarantee that we'd get to go to a game.

I assume the better record of the two Wild Cards gets to host the game? If so and things stand that should be pretty exciting. One game playoffs are simultaneously a travesty and so exciting.

Hummm, so individual tickets for the Nats so far. Right now you need to purchase season tickets for next year in order to get "priority" tickets for this years post season.

I have tickets for tonight's Nationals/Dodgers game. In fact I purchased them months ago before the season even started. Great seats right up front near the Dodgers dugout.

They'll play through a tornado right?

Tonight's Nats/Dodgers game called for weather. Rescheduled for tomorrow when I can't possibly go.

The Nat's kick off a double header against the Dodgers in just a little bit.

The Nat's magic number for securing a playoff spot is two. So if it's not too much trouble......
