I'd have some great pics, but around the complex there are too many cars and not enough scenery.

Took a spur of the moment trip to Wyoming yesterday, and neglected to bring my camera, since I thought we were just going to the movies. Now that was some pretty snow mixed in with mountains, cliffs, rivers. It was breathtaking and for a moment, I didn't mind the cold.

In August up here it'll be 90-100 for weeks at a time. We just have to remember what it's like on the flipside. There's something to be said for having 4 distinct seasons.

Why is it that I came in to work today and so did some sick people and now I'm feeling like I have a bronchial infection? Rule #1, you sick, you stay home, that's what PTO is for.

Snowflake: that's what happened to Alex this week. People came in sick to his work last week, and now today he's home sick

Well, Emmy's feeling better. She's now stealing things again, and dragging them under the bed at night in a very noisy fashion. Last night's main theft consisted of Ken's work shoes.

I used to think of one of our other cats as being evil incarnate, but that torch has officially been passed to the psychotic siamese.
