They have breath mints at the Singapore Airport customs stations. We didn't spend enough time there to note the swankiness.

The cool thing is, I am already meeting up with two more potential co-workers on Monday, as well as bringing a few writing samples. After the next meeting (since there was so little time between meetings), I will send the thank you card.

They've already checked out some of my other 'work' and I think that they dig that it's more on the creative side. They're kind of looking for someone who can 'do it all' or at least everything they need help with - which I can totally do.

I'm just so stoked. I figured the job would be good, etc, but it was going down there that sold me on it. I drank the Kool-Aid, as it were. The job is a corporate one, so it's not going to be all fun and games, but Marketing has a lot of 'wiggle room' as it were, and they're looking to freshen things up. Which I found funny since they're a linen/sanitary products supply company. Plus, I appreciate that they know the difference between marketing and sales - most companies out here don't seem to have a grasp on that.

Go to BiRite Creamery near Delores Park and taste the Lavender Honey ice cream as well as the Salted Caramel ice cream and report back what other scrumptious flavors they have.

It's a dangerous mission, but please have pity on us poor Southern Californians.
