Let me see... if I were to cook 6 lbs of bacon, mmm that'd be 2.7 Kilos, Yep - I reckon it'd last us at least a couple of days. (Or about half an hour in a packed Yosemite lodge...)

Yes, a sheet pan is easiest for large quantities, IMO. (Heck, I even use it for just Jason and me.)
If you like curly bacon, you can always take foil and make ridges for your bacon to sit upon. However, I am persnickety and like to flip my bacon over so it gets even crispiness, so the foil thing gets annoying to me. |
