More thoughts...

I think all congressmen should be able to pass a written test on all legislation before them. We could call it "No Congressman Left Behind".

It's a shame Shaddeg didn't get majority leader. He's less beholden to K street.

The recent Fitzgerald letter has me wondering about that 12 hour gap.

I have read some stuff about htat....what I find intriguing is how Fitzgerald won't turn over any evidence to the defense team. Isn't that required? So either he doesn't have any or he is simply handing the defense a mistrial. Am I missing something? (certainly possible)

Anyway, the 'taint thing gave him trouble and that was sad. It was one of those "oh no he didn't just say that, did he?" moments.
