Stupid new AP holder question

The last time I got an AP I went to DCA and it was really fast.
I don't remember now if they have a camara or not but if they do the line is much faster than at the bank.
And if not you can spend o' about 20 minutes enjoying every single thing DCA has to offer

Ha! Well, I've not yet been to DCA, good to know all I have to do is give it 20 minutes (in the line for Monsters Inc?)

If it's your first AP and they don't have your photo on file, you can't go the DCA route. To get your photo, the Bank is the only option.
