Aww! Sweetie, you are not sympathy trolling, you are turning to concerned and caring friends whom you should always lean on in times of need. That's what friends are for!

You can trust that I will be praying for your father, you & all of your family during this trying and difficult time. Heck, I know that we all will be! May God Bless & keep you close when you need him most.

And, if it helps (because it really, truly helps me, ) I'll share the Guardian Angel prayer, which I say every morning & everytime I get behind the wheel of my car! It's my Spiritual american express- I never leave home without it.

Angel of God, my Guardian dear, to whom His love commits me here,

*hugs* I know in the long run this will make your dad's life better, even though it has a long recovery time.

Oh, and you might want to look up Sari while you're there. She's a nurse... possibly over in the ER, I can't remember.
