If I were to design a men's room, I'd put shrinking-effect carnival mirrors on the back walls of the urinals.

I'd have thought the basis of this design to be quite obvious. It strictly follows Einstein's famous formula:

E = mc2

Where:

E = Entertainment Value.
mc = Male Chauvinist.
2 = Squared (in the corner).

I can't get the song "when we were togther dancing cheek-to-cheek" out of my head.

Speaking of head, is it possible that the photo was peiced together from one shot and a reversed mirror image? It looks kinda Photo-shopped.
