				            | Maybe I am in the minority, but I personally vote for leaving the hair long and letting the color work its way out. Susan ended up with some unique split-coloring while the dye faded away/grew out. I kinda liked that as well! And I like long hair.

				            | When I went from maroon back to my normal strawberry blond I had to have 2 bleaching jobs done and then let it grow. Looking back I should have let it grow out. |

				            | If you already have longish roots, trim it short but leave red tips. Then you can be "edgy" for a few weeks.

				            | I also vote for letting it grow out while trimming out the old color. That's what I had to do to finally get rid of my old perm days. However, all this talk of hair is urging me to do something I've been "dying" to do for awhile - die my hair black, except for a bright blue streak near the front. Don't know why, but I've always wanted to do that. |

				            | I've been wanting to do something to my hair for quite a while - it's been maybe a year since my last cut - except for a few self trim jobs on my bangs. But what to do? I can't decide so I do nothing. It's pretty long now - so long that I can hardly stand to wear it down. 4 out of 5 work days it's up in a clip for sure. But what to do with it? I've always wanted to try out black hair - but I did a dark brown job that was pretty dark and that made me reconsider. I need a nice versitile cut that's easy to work with and looks good on me - the fat gal.
