Who knows. As near as I can figure, it was sold off sometime in the late 1890s, early 1900s. It can be seen in a picture taken in the WH library (currently the Yellow Oval Room) in the early 1890s. After that, it disappears.

Well, we'd have to resort to Brown Bears, but let's make a new one at Yosemite!!

Or, we could use some of the other available breeds of more local bear as furniture for an evening of comfort and bliss.
