How exactly does one get a power tool excited? Getting excited BY power tools I understand, but I do not know how to reciprocate.

Ah yes my mom's looking good and I'll be damned if I can figure out what's really going on - my first message being that she couldn't breath becasue she didn't have enough blood, so she got a transfusion. I thought she knew better than to play with vampires.

Today I accompanied my mom and a series of tests, the most interesting one being the MRI - giant machine with tiny screen, slowly displaying the insides of my mom.

"That's her liver" the technician explained and I was instantly transported into an Andy Wahol film made somewhere between Sleep and Frankenstein. I'm grateful this one wasn't in 3D, but it's still odd to have seen my mother's liver.

I stayed till my nieces came to look after her and the last message I received from them was that her stress test was fine but they're was sludge in her ultrasound - the doctor will explain tomorrow.

Meanwhile, my mom is very hopeful that she'll soon go home, and maybe just maybe we'll do that tomorrow

Best wishes to your Mom for good news and that she'll be able to go home like she wants. Take care and try to relax. It's best to hear from the Dr than second hand telephone from relatives if your getting confusing answers.

30 Rock is a funny show. I likes it. I was watching it over at Cherny's and Gn2Dlnd's. Tina Fey is my hero. AND she acts like my friend Julie... same glasses even.

I just got a very nice call. When I ordered my furniture all the sales person would say is that I had to be home all day today to receive it. The delivery guy just called and gave me a 3 hour window. I thought that was totally nice and very unexpected.

My living room is still not as clean as I would like, but I have been busting my butt since I got off work yesterday. It is looking leaps and bounds better than it was. It was just overwhelming to look at. With my depression and mood swings I just couldn't keep up. At least now, things are balancing out and hopefully I can get back on track as far as housecleaning goes.

It's even funnier if you work for the company they refer to quite often. One of my favorite scenes is the one on growth traits.

Much more apartment friendly than the Farrand player!
