She had today off, but yes she still bikes, but not every day as she occasionally does need the car during the day.

We're going to see what needs to be done and whether it's worth doing to a 14 year old car. I was hoping it would limp through one more year until my car was paid off, but I don't think I can stomach dumping much money into the thing right now.

So sorry to hear about the car trouble, GD. I think cars were invented by the Devil to cause us more pain than we could ever come across on our own. Give CP my sympathies.
