Eggs -

I don't actually scramble them in the microwave, but I love using it for breakfast sandwiches, as a med-to-small bowl is perfect for toast/english muffin. I just beat an egg in the bowl, toss it in the microwave for a minute to a minute and a half depending on the microwave, and it's done. Take it out and eat!

I've since switched to egg whites, use less and it's even better...

I love eggs. One of my favorite things is a fried egg sandwich. Heat pan, add butter, crack egg, break the yolk, cook a bit, flip, cook until done. Toast bread, add butter, put the egg on top. Hubby uses mayo but I don't like mayo.
