Adding bacon to cookies? Why didn't I think of this?

I'm thinking the peanut butter cookies I made a few days ago would have been great with some bacon. I must experiment.

Although I'm not sure about that one. I guess the chocolate covered bacon was good but bacon and maple syrup on my ice cream, hmmmm.

I am bored and hungry, bad combination I know, so I took some biscuits and flattened them out and put bacon and cheese in them and added another biscuit on top. They are cooking now.

Had lunch yesterday from the Baconmania food truck. Trio of bacon balls, which were 3 beautiful crispy balls of bacon, one filled with steak and blue cheese, one filled with mac and cheese, one filled with a small PB&J sandwich. HEAVEN
